how to download:

pc: just click at the download button and then open by clicking at "Open File" then it will automatically send you to the listening area (i think).

mobile (phone/telephone): click at the download button and instead of open file it send you a message that the download is complete click at that, you can view the song again by clicking at google file.

others devices(like mac, android, linux): i don't have that stuff but i think it's available for all devices (i don't think so)
